This is the official agent guide/handbook of the MSIA. Right now, the list is quite bare and will be updated in the future later (if need be). As of now, these are some frequently asked questions.

1. What is an MSD? What is a CCD? What value do both of them have?

An MSD are basically sort of points for certain subjects. MSDs will be secured through a “federal contract”. This is when MSIA headquarters and a certain teacher reach an agreement where a teacher will agree to give out MSDs as a measure to those who will. CCDs on the other hand, are fully controlled by the Cinemates Central Bank.

2. Who are the other members of the MSIA?

Sadly, members of the MSIA are kept secret and usually only public members are known to all. This is standard protocol.

3. Are there any requirements for joining the MSIA? Can anyone join?

4. How will the MSDs or the CCDs be funded?

The MSDs will be garnered through a federal contract with a certain teacher through MSIA headquarters. CCDs will be funded through the Cinemates Central Bank, the House of Cinemates’ monetary institution. (Note: The CCB is still in beta and has not been established yet.)
