OPERATIONS
There are two types of operations in the MSIA: essential operations and reconnaissance operations. Here are their key differences.
Essential Operations
- Planned and executed during high-stake "academic" events (such as the Literary Fest, basically almost anything school related)
- Funded with MSD, which can be converted to participation points in a certain class (MSD can also be converted to CCD). We don't have full control over this, as MSD relies on "contracts" with teachers to give out points
Reconnaissance Operations
- Planned and executed during "auxiliary" events. This is specifically where academic stuff is not concerned, which is why we have no leverage to fund with MSD. This usually is concerned with getting intelligence for certain events, for example a birthday, etc.
- Funded with our centralised dollar, which we have full control over (unlike the MSD)
Operation Procedure
Here is a step by step process on how the MSIA conducts its missions.
1. Briefing Document Sent
A briefing document will be sent privately through the MSIA social media services to each one of our members. Click the envelope icon for a sample.
3. The MSD/CCD Payout
After the operation has concluded, the Cinemates Central Bank will start processing payouts. Logs of it will be shown in the MSD portal.
2. Executing The Operation
This is the largest step, basically just executing the mission. This can take a while, depending on what the mission is.
4. Evaluation
An evaluation on the MSIA's overall response and how we can improve will be conducted by MSIA agents which will also be funded with CCD.

The MSD portal is where you can see your balance of MSD and CCD. You can get your login details from headquarters.
